Don't worry, if you ordered a wrong product / or want to exchange it
- Send us the picture of the product you got, pleases make sure it's in original condition. You can Email us customer.homeessentials@gmail.com
- If we have sent you a Wrong Product by mistake then Reverse Pickup will be done for free. Shipping of the replacement product is also done for free.
- If we have sent you the right product then Return shipping will be at the buyerās cost.
- As soon as the product is picked up from you, we dispatch the replacement simultaneously (time to resolution reduced by 3 days).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a defective/broken product, it needs to be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customer.homeessentials@gmail.com
Damaged Products
Received Defective/Broken product, it needs to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
NOTE: The replacement will only be initiated after our quality check process to make sure the product is in intact (not damaged or impaired in anyway; not used in anyway just like you received it.) condition. If the product fails the quality check process then no replacement will be initiated.
COD Policy
In case you placed an order with Cash On Delivery ( COD ) method you are not eligible to get refunds. These items are eligible for a free replacement, in an unlikely event of the damaged, defective or different item delivered to you.
